The mission of Grace Church is to love the Lord with all our hearts and love our neighbors as ourselves. And invite people from all generations, from all nations, languages and cultures, to become fully devoted followers of Jesus.

Meet Our Pastor
Pastor Bobby Umaña began his relationship with our congregation in the summer of 2008 when he was hired as the youth pastor and, after continuing his studies at Azusa Pacific University, he returned to Grace Church in 2019 as the associate pastor. As of June of 2024, with the blessing of the former lead pastor, elders, congregation, and the EFCA, Pastor Bobby was called and accepted to take on the role of lead pastor of Grace Church.
Pastor Bobby is married to his college sweetheart Amy Umaña whom he refers to as “My Beautiful,” and considers her to be God’s gift to help keep him grounded. He is grateful for what great things the Lord is doing at Grace and humbled that he has been given to opportunity to be a part of it as the pastor.
Our History
Grace Church began in 1984 with a small group of believers meeting for a weekly Bible Study.
The first public service took place on resurrection Sunday, 1985, in rented facilities in Desert Hot Springs
